*We will provide an estimate for further implementation design etc. based on the content.

【case1：コンセプト・マスタープラン作成】
周辺の居住環境を踏まえた全体のコンセプト設定と外構計画を合わせた建物配置計画を行います。
ボリュームパースを用いて外観デザインの検討も行い、街並みづくりのためのデザインコンセプトを提案いたします。
【case2：基本設計・デザイン提案】
平面図、立面図、断面図、仕上表、外観・内観パースでの設計を行い、デザインの要点を押さえたご提案を行います。
実施設計を伴わないデザイン監修であっても単調な分譲住宅とは異なるものを提案いたします。
【case3：高価格帯分譲住宅の実施設計まで含めたトータルデザイン】
デザイン性と機能性を兼ね備えた設計により、付加価値の高い分 譲住宅の提案が可能です。
外構デザインも含め、トータルに実施設計を行い、街並みと住まいの統一感のある美しいデザインを提供します。
ご要望に応じてフラット３５、長期優良住宅などの各種助成に合わせた仕様や全館空調システム、高気密・高断熱仕様の設計も承ります。
