・ローコスト化のため外装材を設けず、型枠を工夫することで新たな素材感を活かしたデザイン
・コンクリート打放し内装を好む入居者層をターゲット
・外壁に断熱塗料を採用し、結露を抑制
・薄肉ラーメン構造により柱型・梁型の出ない開放的な空間
・天井高3mを確保し、ロフトベッドなど立体的な暮らしを可能に

【case2:混構造長屋(1階RC造/2〜3階木造)】

・1階をRC、上階を木造とすることで防音性能と工期短縮を両立
・2・3階は透明屋根付きバルコニーを挟んだ長屋形式
・外壁格子にパンチングラックを使用し、明るさとプライバシーを確保
・仕切りをなくした一体空間で、可変性と開放感を創出
・造作机・本棚により、テーブル不要の多目的空間
